Terms and Conditions

The event includes light refreshments, finger buffet (in the case of full-day events) and Conference documentation.

All payment of fees must be made prior to the event.

Confirmation of booking and a VAT receipt/invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to vary or cancel the content, venue or speaker of any seminar.

If the L G Property Conference is cancelled then all monies will be refunded.  No other liability for payment will be accepted.  Liability for any losses other than the event costs will not be accepted.

Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Once a booking has been made, cancellations will not be accepted unless made at least 14 days before the event in which case a £30 plus VAT administration charge will be made.  Cancellations must be made in writing.

All bookings whether made in writing or orally are subject to these terms and conditions.

All material provided by L G Property Conference for Davitt Jones Bould Limited, Bruton Knowles and Kings Chambers remains the property of Davitt Jones Bould Limited, Bruton Knowles and Kings Chambers and is protected by copyright.  Any reproduction by any means is strictly prohibited unless licence has been given in writing.

Any personal details that you provide may be used by L G Property Conference, or DJB, BK or Kings Chambers to notify you of other products and services offered by them.  We will not provide your details to any other organisation.
